H 15-25’ W 25-30’ Irregular, somewhat flat-topped, open shrub with ascending then spreading branches. Purple-pink blooms appear before foliage. Heart-shaped, rounded leaves turn yellow in fall. Excellent for woodland and naturalized settings.
